None, However, it would not have been impossible. Compared to crossing the North Atlantic, sailing up and down the coast would have been easy. In his book "Westward Before Columbus", Kare Prytz suggests that the descriptions in the Saga's would take them all the way down to Georgia.
What evidence is there supporting the vikings possibly making it all the way to latin america??

The viking warriors in "To live and Die" seemed to easily beat their Native American foes. Do you think this would have been the likely result of a confrontation between the groups, or do you think the Indians would have held their own a little better?

It was not my intention to indicate that the native Indians were easily beaten. In fact the Northmen had to abandon their settlements in North America after battles with the Indians. However, the European metal weapons were in fact far superior to anything the Indians had at the time, so it is safe to assume they would have taken heavier losses in any battle, though their numerical superiority and knowledge of the land would probably have carried the day
